Blue Mountain Tri County Youth Football league is an instructional football league which also provides cheerleading belonging to the premier league in our area which has been in existence since 1962. Blue Mountain had joined the Tri County Football league in 1992 and has played in the league since. The Tri County Football league has 17 local teams with four divisions North, South, East, & West.

The divisions are comprised of all local teams in our area. Blue Mountain Tri County Football & Cheerleading is a nonprofit organization in which our goals are to provide families with a inexpensive program to help kids learn the fundamentals of the game along with strengthening the children physically & mentally to work together as a team and grow up together into the high school program as a team. Blue Mountain Tri County Football & Cheerleading starts in grade level kindergarten through to sixth grade and is composed of three Teams. Fifth & Sixth Grade is A Team, Third & Fourth is B Team, and Kindergarten, First Grade, & Second Grade is C Team to the age of 8 years old. C Team games are non-sanctioned games, with coaches on the field that can stop at any time to give instructions. All levels of football & cheerleading are played all in the same day. A & B level teams play a total of 8 regular seasonal games against four teams in their division along with four games against teams outside of their division followed by playoffs which start with wildcard playoffs, semifinals, and a Championship. Registration is free although we do require participation in mandatory fundraisers. All equipment is provided by Blue Mountain Tri County Football & Cheerleading with the exception of football spikes and a mouthpiece. At the end of our season we provide the children with an end of year party and gifts.
